SOAL Company has over 70 employees, including 12 engineers and 30 jousters. Being a new and unknown experience in Albania, we have given a lot of priority to increase technical and professional capability of our engineers and specialists.

Related to this permanent objective, we have invested in exchange experience with western performance through Italian engineers and specialists, since the beginning of our activity and still investing by employing an Italian jouster with a huge experience for underground works.

Also, throughout a help program from the Italian Government for Albania, we have organized training courses with Italian companies and their specialists in the field.
