Completed projects

The continuous growth of our company is related with successful implementations of different projects for underground works. The gained experience in the past years, the realization in big success of many projects with a large scale of difficulties, is transferred to our engineers and new specialists who present themselves very bright for ongoing projects.

Some of our achievements completed totally by SOAL staff are listed below:

1. - four levels underground parking, at Kavaja Sreet, Tirana (ex-cinema Republica) 
2. - four levels underground parking, nearby Tirana Center, TID Tower
3. - four levels underground parking, at Vaso Pasha str, Tirana, (in front if Berlin restaurant)
4. - three levels underground parking, situated at Selita area
5. - foundation construction with pilots, new building for American Embassy in Tirana
6. - reinforcement for foundations with pilots, in various cities, Tirana, Durres, Lushnja, Lezha, etc.
7. - bridges feet pilots, with diameter 1500 and 1200 mm, in Kukes, Milot, Rubik (new highway to   Kosovo)
8. - soil reinforcement (stone columns) in Bulqiza (so named Rruga e Arberit)
9. - five to six levels underground parking, at Deshmoret e 4 Shkurtit, str. Tirana, (nearby hotel   President)
   - bridges feet pilots, with diameter 1500 and 1200 mm, Laç – Mamurras road axe
   - two levels underground parking, at Jordan Misja str, Tirana

10. - four levels underground parking in Kosovo ( investitor Dukagjini Invest )

 

In process projects

In Kosovo
- seven levels underground parking, in Prishtina, (investor ENK Invest)
- Kosovo Motorway Project bridges feet pilots, with diameter 1200 mm

It must be highlighted the fact that SOAL Company has finished all contracted works with zero human casualties and beside the pilots and diaphragms all the other processes such as anchoring, drainage and reinforcement are implemented by our men.
